Refund and Replacement Policy
REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY (30 DAYS)
At Huyawen, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality Print on Demand (POD) products. If any issues arise with your order, we are here to assist you with the following policy.
1. Covered Reasons for a Full Refund / Free Replacement
Within 30 days of your product delivery, you are eligible for a full refund (100% of the product cost) or a free replacement order (no return required for the received item) under the following conditions:

Defective/Damaged/Broken Item: The product is received defective, damaged, broken, or does not work properly.

Significant Discrepancy: The item received is different from its description or from the product customization information you provided.

Incorrect Size: The product you receive is the wrong size compared to what was specified in your order.

Lost/Missing Item: Your product has been lost in transit and was never delivered.
2. NOT Covered Reasons for a Refund or Replacement
Huyawen is not liable for issues and cannot provide a refund or replacement under these circumstances:

Outside 30 Days: The request for a refund or replacement is received after 30 days of the product delivery.

Customer Error: You selected the wrong size, product, or provided an incorrect shipping address or custom information at the time of purchase.

User Damage: The product was damaged by misuse, mishandling, poor maintenance, or accidents.

Use/Alteration: Items have been washed, worn, soiled, or damaged resulting from customer handling after receipt.

Personal Reasons: Change of mind, personal taste, or deciding you "just don't like it."

Sale/Promotional Items: Products purchased during a sale or as part of a special promotion (unless they are defective/damaged).
3. Refund & Replacement Service Procedure
To allow us to assist you as efficiently as possible, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team directly at: etsy@huyawen.store or call us at +1 (818) 697-6336.

Step 2: Please provide your Order Number and detailed information about the issue. Crucially, include photos of the item(s) you received AND a clear photo of the received package cover, including the detailed shipping label.

Step 3: Once your ticket is received and your claim is verified, we will process your refund or replacement immediately.
4. Refund Timeline (If Approved)
If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method you used to purchase the item. Please see the general processing times below:

Credit Card: Up to 10 business days.

PayPal: 3 to 5 business days.
